Companion and Working Dogs Assosiation
History was made on last Friday!
At the CAC exhibition organized by Companion and Working Dogs Association on August 17th, 2018, the Eastern-European Shepherd RUS JCH BLR CH RUS CH MONSHER VISAL ILYCH (breeder Nataliya Chvanova, owner Aleksey Ilyukhin, Russia) won the BEST IN SHOW competition for the first time in Estonia!
The group judge was Ms Nina Janger (Finland) and BIS judge was Mr Savvas Hadjisav (Cyprus).

The Eastern-European Shepherd is not a FCI breed yet. Several FCI member states, including members of the Nordic Kennel Union, are already acknowledging this Russian breed at national level.
In Estonia, in 2016, Companion and Working Dogs Association initiated the procedure for recognizing this breed (with Yakutian Laika, Nenets Herding Laika and Chukotskaya Sledge Dog) and from July 1st, 2017, they may participate on official exhibitions of Estonian Kennel Union.
It is a great honor that the winner of exhibition organized by Companion and Working Dogs Association is healthy, imposing and well balanced Eastern-European Shepherd!
